Dear Chocolate Enthusiast,

Thank you so much for taking the time to sample our NON INFUSED chocolate bar samples. Some suggestions for tasting:

  • Have room temperature or warm water available. Cold water will make your mouth too cold and hard for the chocolate to melt naturally.
  • Non flavored seltzer water works well to cleanse the pallet.
  • Saltines also work well to cleanse the pallet.
  • Please do not drink coffee or other strongly flavored beverages right before tasting. 
  • Ideal time to do a tasting is at least 2-3 hours before or after eating
  • Take a break if you need to.
  • Be honest.
  • Have fun!
