Dear Chocolate Enthusiast,
Thank you so much for taking the time to sample our NON INFUSED chocolate bar samples. Some suggestions for tasting:
- Have room temperature or warm water available. Cold water will make your mouth too cold and hard for the chocolate to melt naturally.
- Non flavored seltzer water works well to cleanse the pallet.
- Saltines also work well to cleanse the pallet.
- Please do not drink coffee or other strongly flavored beverages right before tasting.
- Ideal time to do a tasting is at least 2-3 hours before or after eating
- Take a break if you need to.
- Be honest.
- Have fun!
